A Bit More About Pricing and the Visit:

  • Visits are typically 1 - 1.5 hours long

  • The first in-home visit is $60.00

  • We teach privately at our studio for $50/class - $15/extra person

  • Class prices WILL be reduced if you book more than 1 class/week continuously.

  • Driving distances and longer sessions are accounted for in the cost of your session

Donny Day
Hello - I've been helping people do yoga for over 10 years.  I've focused on learning how to relieve and heal pain associated with the spine including herniated discs and sciatica.  I also have experience helping people rehabilitate after accidents (including sports), autoimmune conditions and other terminal conditions and diseases.  I can teach yoga on the floor or in a chair.  I also enjoy teaching various forms of gentle Hatha Yoga as well as Power Yoga (Ashtanga) as these are my personal practices.  I started studying when I was about 15 years old - now 48 years old, I continue to learn from my teachers here and in India.
